Will of Thomas Ouzeby 1730

 

In the name of God Amen I Thomas Ouzeby of Woodhead in the parish of Heskett being weake in Body but of perfect mind & memory praised be the Lord for the same do make and ordaine this to be my last will & Testament in manner and form following

First I give & bequeath unto my eldest son John Ouzeby two shillings and sixpence Item I give to my Eldest daughter Susanah Ouzeby 2 shillings & sixpence Item I give to my daughter frances Ouzeby two shillings & sixpence Item I give to William Hamilton my son in law two shillings & sixpence Item I give unto his present wife Ann Hamiliton two shillings & sixpence Item I give unto my son Thomas Ouzeby two shillings & sixpence Item all the rest of my Goods and Chattels moveable & Immoveable my Debts Legacies & funeral Expenses being paid and discharged I give and bequeath unto Grace Ouzeby my living wife whom I make Sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament Revoking all former Wills & Testements whatsoever
