In the name of God Amen the twenty fourth day of November Anno Domi 1684 I Margarett Robinfon of Old Town in the parrifh of Hefkett & county of Cumberland widdow being weak & infirm with old age, but of good and perfect memory (praifed be God for the same) doe make & ordaine this my laft will & teftamentin mannor & form following (that is to say) ffirft I commend my soul unto the hands of Almighty God my Creator, trufting through the merrits of Chrift Jefus that I shall receive full pardon & for remifsion of all my sins, And my body to be decently buried in the parrifh church of Hefkett aforefd to ye difcretion of my hereafter named Executor. And for my worldly goods I order and difpofe of them as followeth viz: ffirft I doe give & bequeath unto John Owzeby his children of Nethergate younger viz: ffrances, John, Jane, Thomas, Margarett, Grace & Chriftopher each of them four shillings apiece. Item I give unto Simond Stevenfon his children of Penrith viz William, ffrances, Richard, Mary & John each of them four shillings apiece. Item I give to ffrances the daughter of ye said John Owzeby aforefd one livery cupboard. Item I give to Susanna ye wife of ye said John Owzeby my cloak & one feather bed. Item I give to Richard, ffrances & Mary the children of John Barker of Strettgate each of them four shillings apiece. Item I give to Margarett ye daughter of Thomas Lamley younger one ewe and one lamb. Item all my Leafes, Bills, bonds moveable goods & chattels, (after my Debts, Legacies & ffunerall expences are paid & difcharged) I give & bequeath unto William Barker now liveing with me, whom I doe hereby make sole executor of this my laft will & teftament (Revoking all other wills & teftaments heretofore made by me) In witnefs whereof I have hereunto put my hand & seal the day & year firft above written
